Laptit is distinguished by its after-sales service, providing a two-year warranty for all our devices.

Warranty terms:

• The warranty on all electrical appliances is two years from the date of purchase, and the warranty card must be presented along with the purchase invoice.
• The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in case of a manufacturing defect, but the warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.
• Having the product serviced at any service center not authorized by the company voids the product warranty.
• The warranty does not cover misuse or breakage.
• Laptit Company, represented by Laptit Store or Service Centers, does not bear any shipping costs.
• An authorized service center will inspect the product and determine whether it is warranted or not, and will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate, and will return the product to you as soon as possible.
